The Business

It all started in 2009. For my senior project, I had planned an executed a softball camp at the local community college intended for the local Little League fastpitch program. Fast forward to 2020 when my daughter started pre-school. I was elected the fundraising/social seat and had planned 3-4 yearly events for her non-profit school. It was an easy transition to weddings in 2023. With my passion for event coordination, an organized mind, and an extensive background in logistics/coordination, I have been going, going, going ever since!

The Coordinator

I am first and foremost, a mother of two crazy kids. My five year old daughter, and my one year old son. They are the light of my life, and the namesake of this business. They are my inspiration, motivation, and my entire heart. I am a connoisseur of all things cozy, an avid bibliophile, and just a girl - standing in front of a boy - trying to convince him that we should have pizza for dinner.

The worst thing about searching for wedding vendors is being interested in one, reaching out, just to find out that they're wildly out of your budget. I am here because I know that time is valuable, and planning a wedding is exhausting. I try to be as up front as possible and to make sure there's no surprises when you go to sign a contract and pay your invoice. My standard package is $900.00 and includes the following:

10 hours on-site day of | a one hour rehearsal | a one hour venue walkthrough | unlimited communication from the time of booking | a complimentary, in-person final detail meeting

Some things that may affect this pricing:

Travel fees (no travel fee if within 45 miles of my home in Tacoma | Additional meetings | Extended times for venue walkthroughs/rehearsals | Additional hours needed day-of | Any sales/promotions happening | If your wedding is on a M-F

How many weddings have you done? In 2023, I coordinated 6 weddings and assisted other coordinators with 4 weddings. In 2024, I have 11 scheduled! And I have 4 scheduled for 2025 currently!

How long have you been in business? July of 2023 is when I did my first wedding!

Will I still have control over my wedding? Absolutely! Some couples provide their own personal items, and hand over the creativity to me, and others want a specific look/feel to their wedding. I can easily adapt to both.

Do you work with any other vendors? I do not have any 'deals' with other vendors, but I do have a list of vendors that I've worked with in the past that I adore, and I'm sure you will too!

Do you have liability insurance? Of course! I wouldn't be able to work at the venues that I do without it. :)

What's the difference between a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator? The main difference, is that full planning is just that. They are helping you plan your event from start to finish. As a coordinator, our communication will be mainly within the last 2-3 moths of planning (but feel free to reach out anytime before that if you need extra support).

What forms of payment do you accept? I accept all major credit cards, along with Venmo, or PayPal.
